I truly hope you love your Chaos Vintage purchase, —but if something doesn’t work out, I do accept returns under the following conditions:

Please contact me before sending back any item. I’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Refund Options

• Store Credit (Recommended): Receive a full refund of your order value (excluding shipping costs) with no restocking fee applied.
• Original Payment Method: “A small 5% deduction will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing costs and handling.”
