Return policy

We accept free returns within 14 days if;

• The item is damaged. 
• The item is significantly not as described.
• You have received the wrong item.

We may ask for photos of the item.

We can sadly not offer free returns if;

• You do not like the item.
• The item does not fit.
  

We do accept returns paid for by the buyer within 10 days for whatever reason.

How request a return;

• Go to our contact page.
• Contact us with your order number.
• Tell us why you want to return your item.

Free returns;

If you requested a free return, we will send you a return label by email. When we have received back the item we will refund your order in full.

Paid returns;

if you requested a paid return, we will send you a return label by email. When we have received the item back we will refund your order minus the shippingcosts.
