Return Policy

I truly hope you love your Chaos Vintage purchase—but if something doesn’t work out, I do accept returns under the following conditions:

• Please contact me before sending back any item. I’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

 

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition

 

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I can't be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping) within 3–5 business days.
