Sourcing request

Looking for something rare or hard to find? Tell me what you’re searching for, from designer pieces to rare vintage finds.

Share as much details as possible, including the designer, item, size, condition, budget, or reference images, and I’ll do my best to source it for you.

I will always try and get you the best deal, but please keep in mind the current market value of the item.

    How Sourcing Works

    The sourcing service is completely free. I simply add a small markup to the sourcing price of the piece if I’m able to find it.

    I may contact you if I believe sourcing an item isn’t possible within your preferred budget. I may also decline a request depending on your location. At the moment, I don’t accept sourcing requests for designer handbags unless you’re willing to pay an upfront fee.

    Once you submit your request, I’ll begin searching for your desired piece.

    If I find a match, you’ll be the first to know and will receive private access to purchase the item through my website.

    You’ll have 5 business days to respond and complete your purchase. After that, the item may become available to everyone.

    If you find the piece elsewhere or no longer wish to purchase it, please let me know so I can stop the search, just email me or shoot me a quick message on Instagram.

    Sourcing Terms & Conditions

    By submitting a sourcing request, you agree to the following:

    • Your email address will be used to contact you regarding your request and any suitable items I find.
    • Submitting a sourcing request does not guarantee that the requested item will be found. I will do my best to source the piece, but availability, price, location and other factors may affect the outcome.
    • The sourcing service is completely free. If I find your requested item and you decide not to purchase it, no costs or fees will be charged.
    • If an item is found, you’ll receive private access to purchase it. You’ll have 5 business days to respond and complete your purchase. After this period, the item may be offered to another customer or made publicly available.
    • Sourced items are subject to the standard return policy. In the event of a return, the standard 5% return deduction applies, plus a €25 handling cost covering the time involved in sourcing and processing the return.
    • The 5% return deduction is waived if you choose to receive your refund as store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.
