Return policy
I truly hope you love your Chaos Vintage purchase, —but if something doesn’t work out, I do accept returns under the following conditions:
Please contact me before sending back any item. I’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refund Options
- Store Credit (Recommended): Receive a full refund of your order value (excluding shipping costs) with no restocking fee applied.
- Original Payment Method: “A small 5% deduction will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing costs and handling.”
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I will issue your refund within 3–5 business days.
Payment Processing Times
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by provider—Klarna refunds can take up to two weeks, PayPal and others may also take additional time.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at using the contact form bellow.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to the returns policy.
How to Cancel
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for cancellation
Refunds
If your cancellation request is received before your order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation of the cancellation.
