Cancel an order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at using the contact form bellow. 

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to the returns policy.

How to Cancel

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The reason for cancellation 

Refunds

If your cancellation request is received before your order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation of the cancellation.
